BEACH WEEK FINANCIAL AID​ INFORMATION​

STEP #1: REGISTER FOR BEACH WEEK.

We ask that EVERY STUDENT attending Beach Week register and pay the $125 deposit.  I​f you need to pay the deposit in installments, please CLICK HERE to email Keri Davis and​ let ​her know.

STEP #2: FILL OUT THE BEACH WEEK FINANCIAL AID FORM

Once you register, you will get an email confirmation with a link to the financial aid form that you can COMPLETE ONLINE.  This will give us a copy of your request that we can have on file to review.  

STEP #3: PARTICIPATE IN BEACH WEEK FUNDRAISERS

Each student who receives BEACH WEEK FINANCIAL AID is required to raise a MINIMUM of $150 through fundraisers.  The GREAT NEWS is we have set you up with fundraisers which makes this REALLY EASY to do!  We even have SOCIAL MEDIA FRIENDLY PROMOS for students to use.  

There are TWO DIFFERENT FUNDRAISERS in which students can participate...  

  • 901 TEES & TANKS FUNDRAISER: Going on now through April 11th, students are able to raise a minimum of $10 towards their trip for EACH tee or tank sold!  CLICK HERE For the 901 SALES FORM.
  • CORKYS BBQ FUNDRAISER: Going on now through May 9th, students are able to raise $18 towards their trip for EACH BBQ butt sold. CLICK HERE for the BBQ SALES FORM.  

STEP #4: MAKE SMALL PAYMENTS

On your BEACH WEEK FINANCIAL AID FORM you are able to indicate if you are able to make payments for Beach Week, and how much. $10, $20, $50 - ANY amount per month helps, and allows us to be able to support AS MANY FAMILIES AS POSSIBLE who are sending students to Beach Week.

BEACH WEEK FINANCIAL AID FAQ...

CAN MY STUDENT RECEIVE FINANCIAL AID IF WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN FUNDRAISERS?

No. We intentionally set up fundraisers for students to be able to raise money for their trip, AND have ownership in their ability to participate.  This also allows us to serve as MANY FAMILIES AS POSSIBLE through BW Financial Aid. The GREAT news is a student would only have to sell 8 BBQ Butts, OR 15 tanks/tees to raise the $150!!!

WHEN WILL WE FIND OUT HOW MUCH FINANCIAL AID WE ARE RECEIVING? 

We will review Financial Aid Applications the week of April 23-26, and will communicate financial aid amounts the week of April 3​0th.

HOW WILL FINANCIAL AID AMOUNTS BE DETERMINED?

Financial Aid is awarded based on need AND availability of funds.  We try to help as many families as possible through Financial Aid, to ensure that as many students as possible are able to experience the LIFE CHANGE that happens at Beach Week.  

IF I DON'T RECEIVE ENOUGH FINANCIAL AID, CAN I WITHDRAW FROM BEACH WEEK?

Yes!  If we are unable to provide the amount of financial aid that you need, we will withdraw your student and refund your deposit.
